The perceived value of customers through convincing products and/or services creates sustainable corporate value and thus successful entrepreneurship. You will be able to acquire the instruments required for this through the customer value approach that we have developed.

Customer orientation and practical relevance
Seven industrial or application fields are involved in our course. We uniquely combine essential management disciplines with the markets and business models of present-day industries. Our Master’s programme puts emphasis on customer orientation and offers practical relevance.

Our Master's Programme in Marketing, Services and Communication Management (MSC) will also be offered in English from autumn 2012.
